We offer an optional Color Transformation Package with all exterior painting projects. A color might look gorgeous in a store on a magazine spread, but it may not suit your home the way you imagined. Our designer will work with you to identify exact color codes for your vision. Then, our graphics designer will create a digital rendering to demonstrate how your home will look. This is another way we help to bring your vision to reality!
Before beginning any outdoor paint project, our team prepares every surface. We’ll search for cracks in your home’s siding and fill them with caulk for a smooth, even surface. Then, our Lenexa, KS, exterior house painters will pressure wash all debris from the side of your house to make it ready for prep. Paint prep will include priming all bare wood, then caulking all seams, windows, doors, and nail heads to ensure maximum protection.
Under certain circumstances, we’ll take our prep work a step further. While paint can protect a building’s siding, it can’t rescue currently damaged materials. During the estimate process, our estimator will define areas of repairs needed due to wood rot or damage from pests, like squirrels or woodpeckers. Using pictures in the proposal, we’ll provide a scope-of-work to repair those areas during the prep process.

Yes, our experienced carpenters are ready to take on your wood rot repair needs. They have experience working with the common materials used during construction in the KC area, so they are well equipped to repair your home.
We provide options to customers for paints. We source our materials from Sherwin-Williams or Spectrum Benjamin Moore paint stores.
Unfortunately, all exterior paints will fade due to the elements. Darker colors tend to fade at a faster rate than lighter colors. Picking a light color, combined with a high-quality paint, can give you 10+ years before needing to paint again.
Our costs are based on the time + materials needed to complete your project properly and successfully. This requires an onsite estimate to evaluate your home’s condition and your color goals.
Yes, we have a Color Transformation Package that includes an onsite consult with a designer along with a digital rendering with the new colors provided by our graphics designer.
Yes! We carry $2M liability insurance + Workman’s Comp insurance. A COI can gladly be provided upon request.
Times can vary, but generally it takes us approximately 4-5 days to completely repaint a home. This is dependent on crew size & project size.
Yes! We provide a 2-year warranty on all exterior project. Plus, our paint manufacturers provide a limited lifetime warranty on paints.
