Product duration ultimately depends on square footage of siding to be painting combined with prep needed. Generally speaking, a home that hasn’t been painted in 20 years will take MUCH longer to paint vs a home that was only painted 8 years ago, which can be due to the amount of prep needed.
Yes, we provide at minimum a 2-year workmanship warranty on all exterior projects. Our paint manufactures also provide a limited-lifetime warranty on the paints we use.
