They take approximately 1 hour, but we only need you present and any other for the for 15'ish minutes to walk around the home with us so we can learn about your project. Understanding your expectations helps us deliver excellent results!
Generally take approximately 10-15 minutes per room depending on areas to be painted (plan for 1 hour for full interiors). We need an adult present during the estimate. We have a 2 room minimum for interior projects.
Following an on-site estimate, you will receive a digital proposal with a scope of work including pictures & descriptions of the work to be completed. For wood rot repairs, your proposal will include images of your home marked up with the areas to be repaired along with a description and quote for repairs.

Yes, we offer free on-site estimates. All we ask for is your time and attention for to walk the project with us.
Yes, we offer a minimum of 2-year workmanship warranty on all exterior painting projects. We partner with several paint suppliers who also offer warranties for the paints to be applied.
Absolutely, we carry $2 million in liability insurance along with workers compensation insurance. A certificate of insurance is provided with each proposal.

This is a tough questions because every project requires a different amount of time & materials. We can only provide formal proposals & pricing with the completion of an onsite estimate.
Generally speaking, repainting an exterior of a home in the Johnson County area often costs between $5k – $9k, including full professional prep. However, we’ve painted homes for less than $5k and also painted homes that cost more than $30k due to size and prep work required.
Interiors can vary dramatically based on condition and substrates being painted. Please give us a call for a general idea of interior painting costs.
