Pemco made a tedious process so completely satisfying! I won’t pretend like having every wall in our home painted was easy - it felt almost like we were moving, packing up every room - but Dan and his wonderful crew were so respectful of our home, our possessions, and our need to continue to live here during the process. They covered every square inch that wasn’t being painted, and they cleaned up and put furniture back where it belonged each day so we could get to where we needed to be to get through the night and off to our next day. The crew was friendly and accommodating to our every wish. Dan kept in consistent communication and checked in for our opinions each day and was very receptive and responsive to our concerns and needs during the project. Dan and the crew were committed to making sure the project was completed to our satisfaction and not simply a coat of paint applied and checked a box. They went above and beyond on a couple of difficult areas. Their wall repair was beyond our expectations- meticulously detailed. We also had some more extensive drywall repair, ceiling repair, ceiling painting, and trim painting done and with each one of those elements our expectations were exceeded. We have found our painter for all of our future painting projects and won’t hesitate to share our appreciation for this kind of quality work with anyone who asks. It’s not easy to find people who take pride in their work, but this team does and they have a lot to be proud of.

We happened to see PEMCO’s yard sign in the neighborhood, so we looked them up on internet. We found their webpage easy on eyes and fun to navigate. We like the facts PEMCO is Fully-Insured, 5-Star-Rated, BBB-A-Rated, and PEMCO webpage includes the owner introduction and a beautiful family photo representing family value. But we weren’t sure if Dan might have the bandwidth to take on a small project quickly. We contacted another company referred by colleagues while we’re waiting. Surprisingly, Dan came back promptly with an amazing proposal and a more competitive pricing. Dan communicated clearly, effectively and consistently from start to finish. Dan’s crew are highly skillful & exceptionally hardworking. They completed our small projects in 2 days. After the final walkthrough, Dan surprised us with a short list of touch up for his screw to polish (Dan saw what we didn’t see). I think this final step serves as a great coaching opportunity for Dan to bond & nurture his crew. We appreciate very much of Dan’s leadership. Though we found PEMCO by accident, we intend to keep PEMCO purposefully. We have future projects lined up and we also strongly recommend PEMCO to anyone who looks for competitive service, pricing, accountability and sustainability.

We recently had the exterior of our home painted by PEMCO Painting. The experience was first rate. Dan, the Owner, provided a detailed price proposal to include extensive use of photos. In addition, Dan managed scheduling expectations with frequent communication. The work performed on site was the team of Kevin and David. They did an excellent job at preparations (Power washing, caulking, and so on) and worked hard each day painting the various elements (soffits, trim and stucco body) of our home. Some of this work had challenges such as being up high off the ground. Kevin and David also did a nice job with site cleanup and had great attention to final touch up detail. Everyone at PEMCO Painting was professional, friendly and good communicators. I recommend considering PEMCO Painting when needing your home painted.
