Estimate & Proposal
The first step includes a free on-site estimate to evaluate your home & learn about your vision. The estimate takes approximately 1 hour, but we only need you for the first 15-20 minutes to walk around the home and tell us about your vision. Then, we put together a detailed proposal with painting options.
On-Site Color Consultation
Once selected for the project, our color consultant will coordinate a time to meet onsite to learn about your vision so they can provide great colors options that help bring your vision to reality. Not only will they consider your home’s features for best colors, but they can also share what NOT to do when it comes to colors.
Digital Renderings
Following your onsite color consultation, you will receive a color palette. We will then provide those colors to our designer who will overlay the new colors on an image of your home to illustrate what the new transformation will look like. This will help ensure that the colors & accents will be completed how you want them done before work actually begins
A color consultation is done at your home and at your convenience by our professional designer & color expert. They are familiar with home styles & color trends of the Kansas City area. They can be extremely helpful to dial in the exact colors & shades that will look great on your home! There’s nothing worse than realizing the color or shade chosen isn’t what you desired after it has been painted. This consultation should help to eliminate any guesswork. Or, at minimum, help by sharing what won’t work well in terms of colors.
Onsite color consultations generally take about 45 minutes and you will have at least one color palette (body/trim/doors, etc) to work with before they leave. The consultations are coordinated at a time that is good for you and they will come to your home to turn your vision into a beautiful pallet that will be delivered via email, which makes it easy to forward to your HOA, if needed.
In addition to the on-site color consultation with the Color Transformation Package, we will provide a digital rendering with your home and the new colors. While these digital renderings of the front of your home won’t be something you’ll want to frame and put on the wall, they will help provide a visual reference of the potential changes with new colors & color scheme’s. They are also helpful in identifying where have have new colors applied or omitted.
Below is an example of a home that we painted. Before we painted, this customer met with our color consultant to identify colors that may bring their vision to reality. Then, we provided a digital rendering with their new colors. On the far right is the end result. This was a big project with big changes. The color consultation & digital rendering brough comfort to the customer that they were making the right decision on color & accenting scheme. In the end, they were very pleased with the end result.
